Large Auctions

At the very top of the auction market — multi-bidder auctions of 50,000+ documents — VDRs from Datasite, Intralinks, or Drooms Enterprise commonly cost EUR 30,000 to EUR 200,000 across a six-month engagement, including AI redaction services and dedicated project management.

IPO and Long-Running

IPO data rooms run six to twelve months and cost EUR 30,000 to EUR 200,000+ depending on size, complexity, and the post-IPO archive duration.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the cheapest option always Papermark?

For mid-market and below, often yes. For very large auctions where AI redaction at scale is the central requirement, the project total at Drooms or Datasite can be more cost-effective despite higher headline pricing.

Do free trials really replace paid?

Free trials (typically 7–30 days) are sufficient to test the platform but not to run a real deal. Plan paid pricing into the deal budget.
