Dynamic Watermarking
Dynamic watermarking is the practice of rendering every viewed page in a virtual data room with the viewer's email, IP address, and timestamp. The watermark is visible in the screen view, in any printed copy, and in any screenshot. Most European VDRs combine dynamic watermarking with screen-shield (no-screenshot) and view-only mode.
