View-Only Mode

View-only mode allows a user to view a document inside the VDR but not download or print it. Combined with dynamic watermarking and screen-shield, view-only is the standard configuration for sensitive documents in European M&A. View-only documents are still readable but cannot easily leave the controlled environment.
