TLS 1.3

TLS 1.3 is the modern version of Transport Layer Security, the protocol for encrypting traffic between client and server. TLS 1.3 removes legacy ciphers, simplifies handshake, and improves performance over TLS 1.2. European VDRs should use TLS 1.3 for in-transit encryption (TLS 1.2+ is the minimum).
