SSO (Single Sign-On)

Single sign-on (SSO) is the federation that lets users sign in to a virtual data room using their corporate identity provider (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, Ping). SSO improves security (centralised user lifecycle, MFA, conditional access) and simplifies onboarding.

Most major European VDRs support SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect SSO. Papermark, Drooms, netfiles, idgard, Brainloop, Admincontrol, Virtual Vaults, Sherpany all offer SSO on enterprise tiers.
