IPO (Initial Public Offering)
An initial public offering (IPO) is the first public sale of a company's shares to investors on a stock exchange. European IPO venues include Euronext (Amsterdam, Paris, Brussels, Lisbon, Milan, Oslo, Dublin), the London Stock Exchange, Frankfurt (Deutsche Börse / Xetra), Nasdaq Stockholm, and SIX Swiss Exchange.
